They are fabulous and I highly recommend them. They did a great job and I am really pleased. The price was fair, but it was a little high.

The help provided by Asaf Urieli in the selection of carpet and padding was great. He answered all my questions and was patient, competent and kind. I would purchase carpet from him again.

I had seen the carpet I wanted at another store and that store never returned my calls. I read a good review about Carpet USA on Angie's List and went to their showroom in Culver City. I met with Ed Rosen and showed him the sample of the carpet I wanted. Ed did his research and called me a few days later to tell me he had found the exact same carpet. He arranged for an estimator to come over and I received a quote not long after. It took just a few days for carpet to arrive and an installation date was set. The installers were prompt, considerate and cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. It was a very good experience and the carpet feels great!

I got these people from an ad in the Apartment Owners magazine. The salesman was polite but inexperienced. He called me right back and showed up the next morning to measure and bring samples. He called to cancel the first installation date at the time they were supposed to arrive because the warehouse mistakenly sold the roll of carpet that was ours. They came on time the next week and properly installed the carpet and pad. The contractor they sent had a problem with his truck and it ran into the neighbor's garage across the street ( not a major wreck). He had his own insurance and the damage was repaired within a few days - apparently everyone was happy - haven't heard any more about it. My tenant is happy with the new carpet and it looks good. These guys are on par with most other low end carpet dealers. I will most likely continue to use them for flooring services for my rental units since my old vendor retired and closed his business.. You get what you pay for and I feel I got a decent value for my money (under $15 total price per square yard for removing and replacing 2 rooms of carpet and pad with FHA quality materials.

Representative explained the difference in polyester vs. nylon carpet. Nylon is better and more durable. They were on time, completed the work in a timely manner. Carpet seams became an issue, they had no problem coming back out to fix the problem.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, THEY KEPT BOTH APPOINTMENT TIMES (SELLING and INSTALLING). THEY SHOWED UP WITH GREAT SAMPLES AND THEN THE CORRECT CARPET TO INSTALL - WORKERS WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT.

OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND QUICK TO MEET OUR EXPEDIENT TIME FRAME NEEDED TO COMPLETE WORK FOR NEW BUSINESS.
