+ 0 moreAngel chiseled the old grout on the edges, floated the area, applied thin set, placed the tile, and grouted the seams. He was neat and precise. By the time everything was finished, he had thoroughly cleaned up, and it was impossible to tell that the floor had been repaired. Angel has done work for me previously and has never disappointed me. He is honest, prompt, reasonably priced, and does great work.
Description of Work: I had to have the floor of the kitchen in my rental house repaired because the plumber had to break through the slab to replace a pipe which had become blocked. The site of the repair had to be floated with cement and 6 12 x 12 inch tiles set and grouted. Angel also repaired a broken drawer slide in the kitchen. Total repair time for both was 4 hours including time needed to purchase materials.

+ -1 moreAngel and his helpers have been always punctual. They worked from the time they arrived until the time they left without taking a break. They were efficient, neat, and did excellent quality work. Also important is the fact that Angel is honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use him in the future and have been recommending him to my friends.
Description of Work: Angel repaired and tiled a bathroom floor, replaced 5 faucets, and did some carpentry work in a rental house. He charges $25/hr for himself and $12.50/hr for his helper.

+ -1 more.Angel took on a task list of 40 items required for me to close escrow. From minor electrical, plumbing, and painting, to more extensive repairs, Angel assessed what needed to be done, bought the materials, brought the tools, and worked tirelessly for five days until the list was completed. He communicated well with me, and stayed busy every moment. Angel works efficiently, and is very organized. The work is thorough and neat. I wish I had found Angel long before I moved away!
Description of Work: Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, patching. Bigger replacement of door casings and jambs. Made all doors fit and close smoothly. Many other things.
