Description of Work: Sullivan's did my house in 2012. They were just fine. I deployed to Afghanistan and when I came back I called them again to finish the job. I had new windows installed and the old shutters did not fit. First they acted like I was a new customer. I told them they had done all my previous shutters and the receptionist said, "No you have not been our client before". I actually pulled out my paid receipt, scanned it and had to sent it to them via email. Then they still were as rude as possible. I said I wanted the shutters to match the ones they did before. They said they don't have previous orders and no longer do custom work as all shutters are already made in LA and shipped down. NO MORE CUSTOM colors either. I also asked about installing a marble fireplace as they also have a Sullivan's stone company in Indio. I waited 6 weeks to hear back from the manager at Sullivan's Stone CO. He told me he didn't do small jobs and I should call another vendor. I did and the vendor is out of business. I later found out the original owners sold the company to someone else and they just kept the names. No one ever tried to return my call or follow up with my shutters. I went to Majestic and they were up in 2 weeks and much prettier, too.
