+ -1 moreMy only suggestion was I I knew what was wrong and I explained the problem but the tech took off the entire lock and did a complete maintenance on the lock; I only needed the hole drilled out a bit so the lock could slide in easily. I guess I should have done it myself.
Description of Work: My deadbolt was very hard to turn. I was afraid that the key would break in the lock.

Description of Work: My tenants had locked my bedroom door and the spare key was inside. I found the key before the repair man. He made me 3 additional keys and charged me only $15.00 for the service call and $12.00 for 3 keys.
