Ramon Reyes Painting

Ramon and his team were great.

The project was not given an estimate by the company. Was needing stucco repair on an exterior courtyard wall. I came to Angi to find a reputable company and Ramon Reyes was one of the companies recommended. Through the Angi website, I requested an estimate to be done for my project. I quickly received a text message on October 10th from the company about my request and to set up a time/day for the estimate. An appointment was set for Tuesday, Oct 11, with a reply from the company that they were now busy. They now asked if Wednesday, Oct 12, was okay. I could not meet on Wednesday. So Thursday, Oct 13 at 7am, was scheduled by Mr. Reyes. I agreed with that time. On Wednesday, Oct 12 at 12:41pm, I received a text message asking if the appointment could be moved to 12pm on Thursday. I agreed to that time change. On Thursdasy, Oct. 13, at 12:18 p.m., I texted Mr. Reyes asking if he was on his way. I reminded him we had a 12 p.m. meeting. At 2:11 p.m., I received this text message, "Sorry I was in an area with no signal i set the reminder but it didn't work i'm on my way to Palm Springs can i come in 3 p.m." At 3:52 p.m., I wrote "I've been here at home, Didn't see your message till now. If you care still in the PS area, I still need the estimate" Mr. Reyes responded back at 4:06 p.m., "I am in Coachella but tomorrow I am going to Palm Springs around 11 we can meet around this time. Send a msj 1 hr before for confirm please" At 4:19 p.m., I responded back to his request that it was unacceptable to meet tomorrow and unacceptable business practice to ask me, at the customer, to remind him of the appointment. So this is my first experience with an Angi certified business. Not a good start. I know that this isn't Angi's fault but I certainly expected better from an Angi certified company.

Ramon Reyes and company painted the whole interior of my condo as well as install Lighting throughout. He did a fantastic job in All respects. All the work was done as promised from start to finish. He is very detailed orientated and I could not recommend him enough. A very high quality experienced painter !!!!

Smooth as can be. Ramon and team arrived early AM, as scheduled, and went right to work. Project involved concrete prep, several coats of stain and then sealer. It all happened over 2 days and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I am considering doing my back patio, and will definitely use Ramon Reyes Painting again.
