I scheduled with them 2 days in advance, and confirmed with them multiple times. I both called and sent text messages, as my texts went unanswered. I explained clearly what I wanted done and what the circumstances were. I told him I was not on site and that I was coordinating the property owner and the tenant to meet him (I'm with a management company and I'm out of state), so it was imperative that he arrive on time. He asked me for directions multiple times - and I explained that I am not on site, suggested that he use a map or gps. He arrived late, and then declined the job saying, "it was too small." It was a huge waste of time, very unprofessional, and frustrating. We lost an entire day when we needed to have been working (it was an emergency job) because he couldn't come in the morning - scheduled 2pm - and then declined the job.

We are very pleased with the landscape work completed by PowerScape, Inc. The owner, Eugene Salgado, did a great job of selecting plants and material that would be drought tolerant and attractive in our harsh desert environment. Based on our experience with PowerScape, Inc. we would recommend them to anyone needing landscape design and construction.
