Description of Work: They installed a Hunter Douglas shade in our bedroom in 2008. Our experience with an outside Interior Decorator was dreadful, but this store was amazing. Here it is, several years late,r and the cord broke with the shade in the open position. I called to schedule a repair on Saturday, the owner returned the call on Sunday (very busy on Saturday) Two (2) repair men in to repair it on Monday, on time and fixed the problem. Follow up call from Barbara in afternoon to check in. Barbara is an owner.
