+ -1 moreAs with any company some of the people they send out are better than others but if there are any problems they handle them quickly. The two guys they sent to install the first two of three split units were just fabulous. I have used Paloma several times and find them reliable, professional and dependable. The prices are fair and the work well done.
Description of Work: They installed split units in my older home that has no ducting and did a great job. The price was very competitive. Throughout the process I was consulted about what I wanted and where, what would look and work the best, etc. After 2 years I have had no problems. They also repaired the AC unit in a rental house, they replaced the unit inside the home. They did the work quickly and well, although for some reason did not replace the heating part of the system and months later the tenants found they had no heat. Odd, but that was fixed quickly and well also.

+ -1 moreBUT WHAT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. I WAS VERY SURPRISE CAUSE I NEVER THOUGHT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. BUT I NOTICE THAT WAS KIND OF A PROBLEM. SO I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN NO TIME.
Description of Work: WAS TO CHECK WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY AIR CONDITIONING. THEN THEY FOUND OUT THAT IT DIDN'T WORK, SO THEY HAD TO REPLACE EVERYTHING.
