Gabriel Lopez

Mr. Lopez is inexperienced, unreliable, and did not complete the job. His assistant caused damage inside my house and he merely shrugged. He damaged a white screen door, and after weeks of haggling, he replaced it with a black used door. All of the material used on the job was of inferior quality and will need to be replaced. He lied about installing weed barrier on one whole part of the yard and I am in the process of filing a complaint against him with the state contractors board and hiring new contractors to redo his inferior work. All of the positive reviews on this site appear to be by friends and family because he has only been a contractor since March of 2018 and all of them are in the same language and tone.

Inexperienced, terrible work. You get what you pay for. The positive reviews must be family and friends because my experience was awful. He uses scrap material and does not complete what he promises. Do not use the contractor and do not believe the positive review of the positive ratings must be friends or relatives. This contractor is irresponsible, did not complete the job, caused damage, would not keep his word, caused me endless grief. I now have to hire someone to complete the job so that I can compute my loss, file a complaint with the state contractors board to mediate getting my money back. This job started in June and he abandoned the job in October. The endless cajoling and reminding and contacting him to complete each part of the job was horrible. He uses all junk and garbage products found in junkyards, he buys nothing new so please understand one thing...he's inexperienced (got his license in March of 2018, lacks an eye for design. He damaged my white screen door and after begging him to replace it over and over he defiantly put in a black door and told me I was lucky he did anything at all. Run from this guy. The positive reviews are scam reviews. He hasn't been in business long enough to get that many positive reviews. I just hope when I sue him, I can get some of my money back.

Reasonably priced, job was done timely, and we were happy with the end result! Would hire him again!

Arrived on scheduled time

Gabriel Lopez was excellent. I met with him on a Thursday. He was able to come back with a crew and get the job completely done the following Monday. I don't live in Palm Springs - he sent pictures as the job was completed. I've already made arrangements to hire him again to trim the palm trees.
