We hope to create positive working relationships with every client and strive to exceed our client's expectations through processes of creative design, organized planning, effective project coordination and quality craftsmanship. Eric Moreno focuses on client communication and education so there are no surprises throughout the remodel process. We strive to accomplish remodel tasks that are seamlessly in harmony with the original construction We are Licensed General Contractors , Bonded, Insured, and we carry Workers Compensation.. We are hands on from start to finish of each and every project. We are always available before, during, and most of all after the project has been completed. We pride ourselves on the fact that most Kitchen and Bathroom remodels usually can be completed in 2 to 3 weeks from start to completion. This includes new lighting, and Cabinets as well as new flooring. As a Licensed Full Service General Contractor we offer full service Handyman service and Remodeling. These Handyman services can be billed by estimate or if the project can not be estimated services will be charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour and up depending on the skill level needed to complete the task. We have over 50 years experience in the Home Improvement area of construction. Let us put these years of experience to work for you. Description of Work: I just had a contractor walk away from my water damage remodel. |Mark with Eric Moreno was wonderful he assured me that he would help me through this process and that's just what he did. |He went above and beyond to help me through every step. |The quality of the work was excellent . All the workers were on time and professional. They are now my contractors for life. I highly recommend them and will definitely be hiring them again .

With that said the reason was that Mark that owned this before had became deathly sick with a life threatening illness last spring (2014) and had no one trained to oversee to these managerial matters at that time. Mark was on time with the bid and completion of the project was completed in less time than estimated. Mark did some of the work, but the tile was done by one of his subcontractors, Jason. We could not be happier with the final result. The work area was always left tidy, and all debris was hauled away. Mark also recommended a very good glass company for the sliding shower door enclosure. If we have another remodeling project, we will not hesitate to give Mark a call.
Description of Work: We hired Mark to remove a bad looking bathtub shower and had him replace it with a tile shower, and install an exhaust fan.

Mark was on time for all appointments and met nearly all time commitments, the ones that were missed involved my tile supplier and working out the availability to match. Mark assisted in the design of the tile layout and had good ideas on how to lay it out. Mark and his team kept the area clean and free from excess dust etc. On the wall movement Mark added some nice use of existing moulding to make the finished product even better than what was required. The showers turned out great and with the exception of a bad valve are very well done. Mark's pricing was not the lowest or the highest, overall a good value. Definitely recommend and will use Mark in the future.
Description of Work: Work involved two phases. Phase 1 - Remove and replace tile in two showers, relocate shower heads and install valves etc. I supplied the materials. Phase 2 was some demo, framing, dry wall, door installation and electrical work moving a wall to create a laundry room.

Description of Work: Actually Mark Christoph did not perform the work as he was too busy; HOWEVER, he referred my call to Alpha Omega Electrical. AOE called me immediately and appearded to give me a quote within the hour. So I want to acknowledge and thank Mark for his promptness in referring my call to a quality and responsive competitor (AOE). AOE are not part of Angie's List, but they intend to in the very near future. Once I see they are part of Angie's list, I will write a evaluation of their services-----but it was competitive, work was quality and completed within the estimated time, they were polite and courteous and worked neatly. Josh and Jose of AOE are outstanding and I would recommend them for any electrical work. Work performed was to install 3 pendant lights over our kitchen island, run a line from the switch to the lights and install a new bank for the switch. S. Goodno

I had estimates from three contractors. One was aloof, one was obnoxious and Mark was perfect. We had an immediate rapport. He kept me updated with photos on a regular basis. He addressed all of my concerns and was extremely professional. The work appears to me to be flawless. It was an extremely rewarding and positive experience. I trust Mark completely and I live 1900 miles away!
Description of Work: A wall was removed, all drywall and ceiling repaired and repainted, electrical services were relocated, the great room, master bath, hallway and guest bath were all tiled, and the kitchen and great room were repainted. Ceiling fans were installed, with remote controls. Guest was remodeled, with revision of electrical service and drywall.

My expectations were completely satisfied. Mark is a very personable guy and very knowledgeable. There is no evidence at all of the wall that was removed. The ceiling was repaired and is perfect and seamless. He is quite conscientious and addressed all of my concerns as we went along and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: A wall was removed, carpet, tile and lineolum were removed and replaced with tile, ceiling fans were installed, a microwave was installed and some other miscellaneous tasks were performed, including some minor electrical work.
