Description of Work: My shower water would not turn off, so I had Complete Water Service come out to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreThe Technician that came out was suppose to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He did not. When he did arrive he spoke so little english that I had to wonder if he even understood the problem. he ran a snake for 5 minutes. When this did not clear the stoppage he insisted I needed to have my piples hydro-jetted at 3 times the cost. He made no attempts to run the snake from other locations, run a longer snake or run a different type of head on the snake. i called a different company instead of doing the hydro jetting and they cleared the stoppage with no problems.
