The bathrooms were in horrible condition left by two ill senior citizens. The cleaning service were hired to clean the bathrooms only. The bathrooms were dirty when they left but better than when they had come. They're just not good at cleaning things. There was a drain catch in the bathroom sinks and they were still full of debris. They didn't even bother to empty the debris in the drain catch. It looked like they just did a quick superficial clean. There was still dust and soap residue on and around all of the handles. They did a terrible job in general and overall.

Very professional and prompt service. She came the very next day after quoting me. Went above and beyond on the first two trips to get the house where it needed to be for bi-weekly service. Blinds, ceiling fans, base boards, doors, windows etc. were all done with out even having to ask. I of course paid more as I knew there was more work involved than the original quote. I would highly recommend Marcela and her crew and have hired them for my bi-weekly service.

MC Cleaning Services were great. When I was looking for a cleaning service she called me back extremely fast and got me right in. Her work is excellent and I will be using her again.

I called at 1:30PM asking if someone could come same day. Marcela told me she would be right over once she was done at another job. She and another woman arrived at 3:15PM and did a wonderful job. They even folded all of our towels like they do in hotels! I will definitely be reaching out again for their services.

I was extremely satisfied with the house cleaning service that was done. She brought her son along and he worked very hard and so polite. House had sat for over six months so was very dusty, etc. She was very nice and never stopped working from the minute she arrived. Left house wonderfully clean and smelled great! Was somewhat nervous as not ever had a cleaning service before. Was pleasantly surprised. Would most definitely have her come again and highly recommend her for a great job she did for me. Will be moving in soon to a absolutely clean home. That is one item off my list that I do not have to worry about. With bad arthritis it sure is nice to have someone like her to help! Thanks again.

Marcela and her team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our house on very short notice. They worked through the weekend when we discovered the job was much bigger than originally thought. The price was very fair and the cleaning results absolutely excellent!

Marcela has been a core part of my vacation home business for the past four years. Always making the house spotless and on time. I don't rent for Coachella's anymore - but when I did, I had an instance where a group obviously had many people over leaving the house trashed - inside and out; I was so worried as I had another group of lovely Canadian's checking in within four hours (fast turn). Marcela called for extra help and literally the house was transformed back into a rent able condition - it was truly amazing. Marcela has been cleaning my vacation home in North La Quinta for about 5 years now. She cleans the house and completes the laundry for up to 4 bedrooms plus when needed cleans the BBQ, primary windows and washes the patio as required. In addition she ensures necessary supplies such as soap, bathroom tissue, dishwasher tablets are kept available for incoming guests. Always reliable and very flexible fitting in with the varied schedule of a vacation rental we really appreciate that she is so accommodating. We live in Canada and rarely see in person the cleaning that she does but whenever we come to the house ourselves it is always sparkling and we know this standard is kept throughout the year due to the consistent 5* reviews we get in cleanliness category on our rental booking sites. I highly recommend Marcela and her team to look after the changeovers on your vacation rental.
