Apparatus Air Conditioning

They were horrible. I tried them on several of my properties and every time it didn't go well. They couldn't resolve the problems. It was just one thing after another. He didn't even check to turn on the toggle switch on an air conditioning unit, then he called and told me there was something wrong with the line. I just went and turned on the toggle switch and it worked fine but I had already paid him. He was not very good with communication on letting me know when he was going to be late. He was pleasant, he was nice, he presented himself well. The price would have been fair had he been able to actually fix the problem. To have them come back over and over again and be constantly billing me but not fixing the problem was not good. He didn't guarantee work for longer than thirty days.

We contacted them through a website. They provided us with a quote for installation and purchase of the units. They did a great job. They paid attention to detail, showed up on time, and were polite and courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner. If we need any work performed, we will definitely call them in the future.
