 + 0 moreArrived on time and was very pleasant. Listened to my concern about whether to service or replace my 9-10 year old water heater. After inspection, he recommended service. Drained it and showed me some useful tips. Took under an hour. Later that evening, I noticed the water had cooled and the pilot light was out. (It was definitely on when the plumber left.) I relighted it, but it went out again. I called the next morning and he said he'd be out to replace a part. He came, replaced the part, and did not charge me. Very impressive service.
