Omar is very friendly and the guys he had working for him were gentlemen and very good guys. They were very detail oriented and did a terrific tile job.

I am very happy with the completed installation and have received many compliments. Omar worked with me on scheduling of the installation and placement of tiles. This company also removed the existing flooring (carpet and tile), moved all the appliances and reinstalled. Based on other estimates I received, the estimate to complete the work was very reasonable. I am looking to have additional tile installed by Tile Pros.

Ozzy installed large 12X24 tiles on our fireplace. You could tell he took pride in his workmanship. He was very particular and it showed in the excellent job he did. We would definitely recommend Tile Pros and also HomeAdvisor.com.

Did a great job

Specific project of installing porcelain tiles (recommended by Omar) was done very professionally. Will definitely be my first choice for future jobs.

They not only installed the tile in my bathroom, they installed a shower bought from Home Depot and did the plumbing. Then the walls were re-textured and painted. They did a nice job. The only issue we had was that the tile install took longer than we thought, but the job was done very well.

Omar was wonderful. He was professional and helpful with suggestions over and above what I had considered when it came to enlarging the shower door area and made it beautiful. Everyone involved was fantastic. Ozzie is not only a tile setter, he is an artist. He did a fabulous job on the shower floor as well as the shower and bathroom floor. He was over and above what I expected. Everyone arrived when they said they would and were courteous and friendly. I hired Tile Pros over the phone, so I never met the actual owner, but two workers showed up on time did the job quickly and professionally. Victor cut our granite perfectly straight, polished the edges and matched seams beautifully. I will hire them again in the future. The customer service rating is four stars only because I did not meet Omar, the owner, but I would give the employees 5 stars!!!

Omar was wonderful, competent, friendly, helpful and helpful with my budget. He was able to install my hallway ceramic tile project before Christmas, so my house looked wonderful for our family gathering. I would definitely recommend this company and Omar to anyone. Thanks.

Professional.

Omar is very professional with his group. Ben, the tile setter, was excellent. It was a difficult project with large tiles, small grout, irregular floors. I highly recommend them. The work was done quickly and the installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, when a very minor issue arose with the grout they returned the very next morning and corrected the issue. I am very happy with the work my half-bath now looks wonderful.
