Theses guys did a great job, on time and looked great. i would use them again, price was in line. They tiled plank tiles in my living, dining, entryway and hallway. These are somewhat difficult to lay, they did it very well, looks great.

Omar, one of the owners of the company, was very prompt, professional, and responsive when initially getting started on the project. He was on time for the review of the project and quickly provided an estimate. He returned to the house for a follow-up discussion very promptly and was able to start the job within a week of when we made the decision to hire Tile Pros. But once the project got started, he took a hands off approach. He was nevertheless available by phone with no problem and responded to issues when those arose but the actual work and work decisions was left to the tile installers, Moni and George, who did a great job. This is my one critical comment. Omar, as the face of the company, should make it a point to visit the site at the beginning the job to review with and communicate to the installers the instructions and design decisions made by the owners. This is especially important if the owners cannot be present either at the beginning of the work day to answer those questions. The installers were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up each day. Most importantly, they showed up each day on time and got to work. I would definitely recommend Tile Pros to my friends.

We hired Omar and the Tile Pros to replace our shower and floor tile in the master bath. They were able to get started within a week, and finished the entire project in 4 days. It looks stunning!

They did a very good job in a very short time. I was in a HUGE hurray because I had a serious plumbing problem & had to have tile floor jack hammered so needed to have tile replaced. The hardest thing was finding Travertine tile to match tile that has been installed most probably 7-10 years earlier. They were fair and helped me out in a crunch situation. I would highly recommend Omar and Tile Pro's.

This company has inexperienced workers who are left unsupervised with your project. They were kind, however there was a lack of detail on some of the work. The only gave one option for the direction of the tile to be placed. Actually the opposite direction would have looked better. I did no see consistent use of the spacers, so you have inconsistent widths of the grout lines. The final appearance looks like a brick wall on the floor. After the job was completed, we found 3 places where there was no grout. He came back and fixed one area, but complained about it.
