He made promises but did not deliver. Was very punctual in charging us but we were never able to use the pool through out his service. Did not come regularly, did not clean the pool. We asked him to backwash and install a cleaner since he was not able to clean the pool, he did not do it! Total waste of money!

James is great. He did a wonderful job keeping our pools clean and running well. He is also an excellent communicator, responsive and detailed in relating information.

James has been cleaning my pool since Nov '13 and does a great job. What I like about this provider is that he runs the business himself. So its not cheap labor or numerous different people coming, it is always himself. This was the reason I went with Revive tools and I am glad I did! Our in ground cleaning system stopped working in the pool. It appeared to be stuck at one set of pop ups and was not cycling through its usual routine of different zones. It was clear that the gear box was frozen. James came out within a couple of days and fixed the system without any need for additional equipment. The cost was only the service call. It has been working for several weeks since. This is the second time we have used him. We are very happy with his professionalism, his punctuality, his thoroughness and the quality of his work. We will certainly continue to use him.

It has been 5 months and I am so glad that I hired Revive to handle my weekly pool maintenance. I have the best looking pool in the area! I'm sure of that. He has help with a preventive maintenance and some equipment failures. As a bonus he is extremely easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend his services for anyone wanted a crystal clear pool and the gift of time.

I have been using their services for about eight months. They are always on time, courteous and professional. I have had no issues since working with them and they do a great job.

We knew that our pool system was not operating efficiently and we needed some advice on repairs and upgrades. We wanted to take advantage of the current pool pump rebate offered by the utility companies. We also had a broken timer that needed replacement, and one of the motors was leaking. James answered my huge list of questions and we decided on the Hayward Ecostar variable speed pump. The price for the pump was $1,250, installed, and the timer was $75. Everything was up to par according to SRP and I recently received my rebate. We also now use James Moran for our weekly pool service and are extremely happy. We've used him for two months so far. After a couple of dust storms, the pool turned cloudy and looked like it was about to turn green. When James saw this, he followed up with us a couple of days later and made sure that everything was clear and sparkling again. He's also good with dogs. One of our dogs has always hated our pool guys, so I have always wondered if someone was aggressive with him in the past, or if the long pole was the problem. This dog is fine with the gardeners and strangers in the house. After two months of service with James, my dog is much calmer and seldom barks during service.

I needed a pump for my filter replaced and had some issues with the backwash. Everything has been repaired quickly and at the quoted price. They are definitely my 1st choice for pool service.

The pool pump is installed and the pool is sparkling with chems perfectly adjusted.

We had an air leak in the lid and bought a replacement lid. Had a hard time getting the lid on so it wouldn't spurt out water. Called Rivive up and they came over and looked at the lid, informed me I needed a rubber gasket, they went to the store, picked it up and that fixed my problem. The charge they did was mostly for the part they had to buy and only charged me $10 for the labor which is amazingly low. I also had a leak at one of the valves which he told me how to fix it for free. I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use and recommend them.

I was using a pool company who was extremely unreliable and my pool kept turning green every month or so. I finally began to suspect that they weren't coming out at all until I complained. I called and James was out the next day and immediately saw where the problems were. I've been using the company now for about a month and my pool is like new, beautiful and inviting. I will continue to use this company as James as proven to be reliable, quick, knowledgeable and very detail oriented.

He is excellent. He doesn't try to sell me extra stuff. His repairs seem reasonable. I have never felt he has tried to take advantage of me, being a new pool owner. The cost of repairs was discussed up front.

It was pretty good. The pool guy is very nice and friendly. They are very honest, tell you everything, and give you options.

Our pool pump started leaking so we called James to come see if could be repaired. He responded quickly, and came out to have a look. He was courteous and very clear in his explanations of our problem. He tried hard to fix the pump we had, but it had clearly calcified significantly and ended up breaking his wrench when he tried to remove it. In the end, he got us a very nice new pump that is both quieter and more energy efficient than the old one. The work was done quickly and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I would be happy to call him again.

Always a great experience. Even when he is breaking the news that an unexpected cost has occurred such as my pool pump dying. He provided cost effective solutions and answered my barrage of questions with patience and professionalism.

We had James do some repair work on our pool (replacing light, draining, an acid wash, and start-up chems). He was able to get to it the same week I had asked about having the work done. He made sure to let us know the steps he was taking and answered any questions we had. Now, the pool looks great. We know what we're starting with and we are looking forward to using it a lot this season!

The company's weekly pool service is always done timely. With consideration to my personal "hands-off" approach to my pool, James keeps the pool in optimal condition allowing me the time to enjoy it with family and guests. James has made equipment and maintenance recommendations that have always taken into consideration each of my concerns: quality, efficiency and cost. Pump replacements, cleaning systems, washes, etc. have been done promptly and professionally. All work done has been top quality. Revive does an excellent job and I wholeheartedly recommend their services...an A+ to this pool firm.

For 7 month we were SO frustrated with our pool service. The communication was non-existent and some weeks they would show on Tuesday, others on Thursday, and then often on Saturday to service the pool when we were actually swimming in the pool. My wife said it best, it was like were working for them. So I looked on Angie's List to compare what an A-Rated provider would cost versus the B-minus we were using. From the moment I spoke with James, his professionalism was apparent. He came out to view our situation and helped even if we didn't decide to switch. This is sort of unbelievable to type, but since hiring James and his company, I haven't worried about anything. He communicates when needed, shows up on when he says, and follows through. Great, great service and I could not recommend him with any higher praise.

We used Revive Pools last week as we were worried about our pool blowing air from the pop-up jets at the bottom after we drained and refilled it. The owner James Moran rearranged his schedule so he could come out the same day to service our pool and overall it was a great experience. He was very thorough in evaluating/identifying the problem, inspecting the equipment and then took the time to walk us through the issues and remedies. While we have had other pool companies to our home in the past, Revive pools was simply the most professional and experienced. I really appreciate the time he took to educate us about the pool system and chemical maintenance. In fact, he came out a few days later to add stabilizer and to check the repairs he had made. This company truly cares about keeping your pool in peak condition, they take pride in their work and for that reason I would recommend them to family and friends.

I couldn't ask for anything better. James has been servicing my pool weekly for almost one year.
