+ -1 moreHe did a PM check on the circulating pump, and cleaned up the mess from the leak. When he says he will be here at a certain time, he shows up when scheduled, and if not, he calls. It's nice to know that he cares enough about his clients to notify his clients when he is delayed. He is honest, which I find to be a rare commodity in plumbers.
Description of Work: They replaced a gasket in a circulating pump.
