+ -1 moreI give Matt Beck the highest possible ratings for his service. The outstanding qualities of his work include: 1) Reasonably priced. I received 3 other bids for the project and all were comparable in price, but were to simply duplicate the existing application. My house needed thoughtful consideration and planning to improve some poor workmanship by the builder. Matt did just that. He did not just apply new roofing materials, but creatively and substantially improved the construction and effectiveness of my roof. I told him that he is a roofing artist. 2) Quality workmanship: Matt does not just bid the job and then leave a crew to perform the work, he does the work personally bringing his decades of experience to make sure the job is done correctly. The quality of his work is extremely high. 3) Honesty: Matt does what he says he'll do. No doubletalk.
Description of Work: Complete tear-off, roof construction modifications, composition shingle application, flat roof modified bitumen application.
