At the end of the day, they did a good job, but only after I threatened them. Granted, this was a complicated job, and Art, my rep, was a great guy. Also, the job was so complicated, others didn't want to bid. That said, a 2 week job took 9 months (yes, 9 months). They had to return multiple times, due to substandard / incorrect work. And I had to get the job bid twice, because when I approved the job the first time, no one returned my call or came by. It's too bad they can't get their act together, because they have experience, are very friendly, and can do very good work. And they seem to be one of only a few companies that will take on complicated custom work. But they do this good work, in my experience, only when forced and threatened. They did admit their mistakes, but that doesn't make up for the hassle I went through to get this done. Buyer beware! You can get a good custom job done by Pilgrim, but be prepared to fight for it!

COMPANY DID AN OKAY JOB. T HE PROCESS IN WHICH IT TOOK THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB WAS RATHER LENGTHY. IF I COULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD LOOK AROUND INSTEAD OF USING SOMEONE ELSES REFERENCE. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS TAUGHT ME JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES GOOD WORK FOR ONE DOESN'T MEAN THEY WILL DO GOOD WORK FOR OTHERS.
