We had several come by to give us estimates for the roof and what we wanted and he was the fourth one that we had to come over and once my husband started talking with him, the guy was upfront with him and my husband said, "You don't have to go anymore, I'm gonna go with you." He was very comfortable with this guy. I said, "Whoa, you're gonna go with him just like that?" He said, "Yeah. He knows what he's talking about." Some of the pricing was very similar to what some of the other estimates were but he felt more comfortable with him just right off so he went with him. They did a very good job. It was amazing because when they took it apart, at some point they had done an add-on to my house. When they did that, they didn't take the original roof. There's a slump piece of the roof that is covered by the building so they left it there too so it's like a roof in a roof. We were all just amazed. We took pictures of it and said, "Whoa, this is where the house used to end and now this part is added on to it." It was just bizarre because I've never seen that before. They did a very good job. They were very punctual and when they said they were gonna be here at a certain time, they were here. There were two or three guys that was actually doing most of the work but they were very quick about it. It's a messy job but they were very quick and very thorough and they cleaned up everyday. They would get down with the job, rake everything up and take it away. They didn't just leave it and that was really nice and I like that. Whatever trash they had brought in with them, they took home with them. The estimate that my husband got was what he had in his mind that he wanted to spend so he was quite pleased. They were very polite. The agent as well as the people that were doing the work, if they had to leave for whatever reason, they'll let us know that they will be back.

I found their price between low and medium specially it being metal roofing so it was typically another 15 to 20 % more expensive than the shingle roof. They were good about scheduling us and doing the work on time. The quality of the roof has been great so far.

I called Western Roofing Company for an estimate on the reroofing of my house. The company owner, Bob Thatcher, came to my home, measured the roof, discussed materials, answered all my questions, and left, saying he would send me the estimate in a couple of days. The whole thing took about 45 minutes! I had just gotten quotes from two other companies who had sent high pressure salesmen who would not leave; wasted hours of my time with their "free estimates"; and pressured me to sign contracts for their "today only special price just for you if you sign today " deals. I admit to being impressed that Bob had treated me as a potential customer instead of a potential "mark". I had Western Roofing Company do the work. The crew showed up early, put in a full days work, and cleaned up the area each day. They pulled the necessary permits. No money was exchanged until the job and inspections were complete. The roof looks great and I am very satisfied.

I had Western Roofing come out for an estimate for a leaky roof. The gentleman who came out was prompt and very nice. He took pictures of the areas that he thought needed to be addressed and sent me an estimate in a very timely manner. The reason why I chose not to go with this company was because I had also received another estimate from another roofing company and they found 2 other areas where the roof was leaking including addressing a skylight leaking issue that had plagued the house since the skylight was put in 30 years ago. So, so very nice but I decided to go with a company that was more astute about the where the leaks were coming from

We had three bidders, and they were definitely the most cost-effective. They were very responsive and had a good product. The workers were very good. They did what they said they would. We were not here when the work took place. We saw some nails later on one side of our house and called them. They came out immediately and took care of it. They did a great job. The roof is beautiful. There are no complications.
