+ -1 moreThe appointment was scheduled for noon, Derwin called in advance to let me know they would be arriving at 1:30 which I appreciated. We discussed my heater and AC problems. They went to the roof and spent an hour trouble shooting the furnace. They found the problems and repaired everything. They tested the system and cleaned up the work area. All in all a good experience.
Description of Work: The provider came to run diagnostics on a heating furnace on the roof of my condo. Derwin and Omar inspected the unit, located a defective transformer and igniter. They replaced both these pieces, tested the system and ran a carbon monoxide test. Everything works perfectly now.
