+ -1 moreDescribed the job, Todd offered to give an estimate. He came to the site 3 days later, we agreed on a price, he said he could start the job the next day. Didn't show, didn't answer multiple calls, except with a text message in the evening saying he wasn't coming. No explanation. Wasted my time.
Description of Work: None. Gave estimate and agreed to do the job. Did not show. No explanation.

+ -1 moreIn June, I received estimates from 2 painting companies. A co-worker recommended Todd Freitas Painting; he had had extensive work done by this company and was very happy. I called for an estimate. It took two weeks; I now understand why---they work on only one job at a time and schedule at a time when they can complete the work. The estimate came in between the other two estimates. There were 2 painters here at a time. The work was done in 5 days as promised. During the walk through, the few spots which were missed were tended to immediately.
Description of Work: Work was done on August 19, 20, 21, 22, 25. Service provider refused any payment until the walk-through and until I was completely satisfied; this happened on September 3rd. This was a new experience for me and is the reason why I have already highly recommended him to 3 of my friends.
