The toilet tank cracked beyond repair on Sunday late. Monday morning I called Home Depot and they gave me the names of three contractors. Within minutes, I received a phone call from Bree. She is professional and friendly and has an excellent voice for customer support. I was expecting emails and texts from all 3 contractors. After her call and quote, which was within range of quotes I studied on the internet, and since I appreciated her quick call, I felt they could meet my timeline to get a new toilet installed by the next day. She was on the Home Depot site with me to discuss delivery costs and a possible toilet to choose, too. She talked me thru what steps we would go thru from quote to will call pickup at Home Depot to payment process in a calm manner. I was very stressed because this was the holidays and we had several major water issues in the last two months! The next day her 2 person team showed up on time. They were pleasant, professional, and neat! I paid by Zelle, got my paid invoice and from arrival to invoicing, the toilet install took just over an hour. The other two contractors waited for Home Depot to notify me by text and email. I had to tell them No Thank You and Happy Holidays!
