+ -1 moreVery well. The estimate was fair, the work was done meticulously and quickly. They did a lot more prep than I would have if I had done the work, and the results were great.

+ -1 moreThey are going to start the project on Saturday. This was one of the best contracts I have ever gotten. I can't remember if he gave it to me right there or it was sent in the mail but it was very timely. The contract is one of the best contracts I've every seen. It is so specific that it says they are going to do something with the roof line. The contract is unbelievable. Probably about 10 different things. The cost is one third down, one third half way through and the rest upon completion. I asked for recommendations. He said give me a couple days. He came through with recommendations but also showed me pictures of before and after work. He is absolutely incredible and we've dealt with some beauties. So far he is a nice guy and deserves a break.

+ -1 moreA GOOD PAINTER IS HARD TO FIND. FOR SEVERAL YEARS WE HAVE BEEN VERY GLAD TO HAVE FOUND DEREK. HE HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR US AND IN EVERY CASE HAS BEEN EFFICIENT, EXCEPTIONALLY DEPENDABLE, VERY FRIENDLY AND OFFERED US QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
Description of Work: THIS WAS THE COST TO PAINT A LARGE MASTER BEDROOM AND TO DO MINOR TOUCH-UP THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.
