Description of Work: $179 for 2 Hours of Plumbing Labor, they replaced an outdoor faucet that was leaking, and about a foot on either side where the pipe came in.

Description of Work: Used their service for complete HVAC system replacement. Overall, work was done in a satisfactory manner and price seemed fair or even a bit on the low side. My only small complaint was that on the day of the installation, they showed up with a different unit that we had previously discussed (4 ton instead of 5 ton and made by a different company that offered a shorter warranty). They told my wife (who was the one at home when they did the service) that they had called me to discuss this switch and that I had said it was okay, but that was not true as they had not notified me at all. The unit they did install seems to work well and they got the work done relatively quickly for such a big job.

Description of Work: I actually had 2 different jobs. First job was to remove an old garbage |disposal; the price was a little steep. The second job was more extensive |and I can see how it cost because it required to remove an old heater and |go under the mh and cap off the gas line. Both men were courteous and did |a comparable job. I have more work to be done, but I'll have to have |more than one quote before I decide to use the same company. They never |gave me a quote to install my aircondition/heater outside the MH.

Description of Work: Installed a new toilet. The plumber who finally can and I stalled the toilet was great. However, dealing with the dispatcher/scheduler was a pain. He did not offer realist ice times, and didn't return calls in a timely manner. I had to reschedule several times, after my desired time wasn't convenient for them. That part was a hassle.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly and did a clean-out - which lasted a day and then returned the next day to do another clean-out. I had to pay for both services because it was somehow my fault for not describing the problem accurately.

Description of Work: He installed a water line for the ice maker in our new refrigerator, and installed a new pressure regulator for the house. He also tested the pressure at several locations. He was thorough, but the parts were expensive.

Description of Work: I wanted a faucet replaced, however, I have 65 year old galvanized pipe and the it was probable that the pipe would have broken and it would have turned into a huge job. Since the faucet change was mostly just cosmetic, I appreciated the honesty and decided against trying.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the water main. They assessed, dug up, showed me the damage, fixed the leak and repaired the area. They did the work quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: Rebuilt wall heater. | Pilot light wouldn't hold. First replaced the pilot light generator. Pilot light still kept going out. Said the high limit switch had to be replaced. It took them 12 days to get the part, New year's Day being the first of the 12 days. I asked two men on the phone where the part was coming from. They didn't know, but I was told the delay was out of their hands. After a few days, I decided to search online and found the part in stock at a nearby Home Depot. After it was installed, the light was still going out. Then they rebuilt the heater. They applied the cost of the previous repairs to the rebuild. That took a couple days. The problem persisted. The technician put in a shield to block drafts. Now the heater works smoothly and better than ever, except for a loud pilot light. |The "c" for responsiveness is because of the delay in getting the part. I gave a "b" in professionalism because the technicians acted professionally, but the people who answered the phone seemed brusque.
