Williams arrived on time and did a great job not only fixing the problem, but re-working the position of the disposal to make the pipe configuration less complicated, leaving us more room under the sink for storage. He was very friendly and professional, did the work quickly, and made sure to check the system numerous times to ensure that all was working well. I would definitely recommend them, and am in fact, calling them today to fix my leaky water heater. :-)

Called in the morning, tech arrived by 11:00AM. Worked the issue, made repair. Neat and professional work. Good price! Tech also a personable guy. This is our second call to Stephens and they are now our go-to for any work that that falls within their scope. Highly recommend!

Stephens is always prompt. Or, if they are running late, they call us to let us know they will be late. On the last service call the technician was actually early. He was competent and personable, like the last technician who came to our house to service the furnace. I mentioned the previous tech's name, and he knew exactly who I was talking about. When I went into the shop the previous week to renew our annual maintenance agreement they recognized me and were very friendly. This is the kind of business where it is possible to build a good, ongoing relationship with the personnel.

I called this morning and was able to get an appointment window from 1-4pm. I left work to be here and wait for the plumber. He did not show up until 5:30. This is annoying - but the plumber that came was (Williams) was very, very nice, courteous and cleaned up his mess. I would definitely use them again because of Williams.

Victor showed up on time, fixed the 3 toilets and checked the water pressure for us, which was way too high. So he went to get a regulator and came back later in the day and installed that for us. He was very neat, clean and professional. We were happy with the service and plan to use Stephen's plumbing in the future. We also found their prices to be very good.

We noticed water bubbling up in our front yard late on a Sunday afternoon. After I veriied it was not related to the sprinklers, I located Stephens Plumbing on Angie's List. They came out within an hour, after I called them, and verified we had a broken underground water pipe. We paid extra for work on a Sunday but it was worth it. They came back Monday and finished the job. I would not hesitate to call them again. The workers were polite, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after the job.

Had a bathroom sink that was slow for awhile then completely clogged up. Called in the morning and scheduled for the time that I would be home. They were very accommodating in regards to my schedule. They were scheduled to come between 2:30 and 4:30. About 4:15 I got a call from the company saying that all the techs were running late and if I wouldn't mind rescheduling for the next day. I explained that I had to work and if someone could come later the same day. I was told that it may be late but someone would be coming. They also said that I wouldn't be charged for an after hours call. (this is the only point that gave me pause.....what company would charge an after hour fee when the company is running late and not the customer......very interesting thought process) ?Williams, the tech, arrived about 45 min later. He was very professional and very nice. Took him 2 tries but finally got the drain to open, was explained to me that the 40+ year old pipes in my slab foundation were probably calcified. Hate to imagine what I would be in for were he not able to clear the pipe. All in all I am very pleased with the company and the tech, Williams.

He was excellent. Super nice. I have used them many times before. They have a few different locations and we have used 3 of them so far. They all have been great.

The work required disassembling the furnace plenum in order to remove the old duct and install the new one that we provided. The work was in a tight attic space with awkward and difficult maneuvering. Rob and Ramon performed the service. They called to give us a half hour heads up that they were coming, arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. They were very careful, professional, efficient and courteous. They coordinated well together, removed all the trash and cleaned up after themselves. The price was much more reasonable than another estimate that we had gotten for the same work. We were very pleased with Stephens plumbing and would definitely recommend them. I wish all our service provides were this good!

Our gas line was leaking in the front yard. Gas Company came out and turned off gas and we called Stephens Plumbing. They came out promptly and gave us a quote, but couldn't start until the next day, which was okay with us (fortunately it was during a heat wave and cold showers were refreshing). They had to reroute the gas line to the opposite side of the house to avoid tearing up our new front landscaping and did a fine job. The workmanship was good and the workers were professional and courteous. I'm very picky about having work done on the house (I do most of it myself), but I was very happy with the results. The lead guy, David, stayed after dark on day two to finish up the job. This is the second time I have used Stephens and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Quote seemed fair, installation was prompt and performed well, A/C works great, and just in time with all the hot days of August and September. Got into a little tussle with responsibility for running the 220 wiring from the panel to the condenser (electrician said Stephen's should do it, Stephens said electrician should do it, not in Stephen's SOW). So I paid a couple of hundred more to the electrician who upgraded the electrical panel. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that Stephen's performed.

I had been without a fully functioning heating and A/C unit for about 1-1/2 years. Andy came out and inspected my unit and explained what my options were. He provided me with an estimate for a new unit and gave me a senior discount, which reduced the price greatly. He was friendly, capable and professional. I called him later in the day and told him I wanted to proceed with the installation. He ordered the unit and a crew came out to install it on Monday. Robert and Ramon were extremely pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They ran into a problem with the unit they had received and had to procure another unit so they were unable to complete the installation that day. However, they said they would return early the next morning and they did just that. They worked through the day, not even taking a lunch break, until they had completed the installation and made sure the unit was operational. They worked on two of the hottest days we have experienced and never complained or even slowed down. I could not have been more pleased and I am thrilled to be sitting in my very cool and comfortable home, thanks to the team at Stephens.

I originally hired for another repair that I ended up not needing as Stephen's plumbing couldn't repair without ripping out the tub. As such I didn't go forward with the repair and Stephen's didn't charge me for time since they couldn't fix. I then hired then for a hyrdojet of my sewer line and they were very professional and completed as promised.

My experience with Stephen's was great! I called them out to my grandmother's home because she had what seemed like a major leak. As it turned out, it was only a bad faucet. The technician was very thorough. He checked under the house before going inside and then inspected under the counter before determining the issue was the faucet. It took all of 20 mins.! The plumber needed to get a new faucet. SInce I had pre-paid for an hour of labor and he was only there for 20 mins, he brought a new faucet the next day and installed it. I only had to pay for the faucet, no additional labor. This was greatly appreciated!

I was very satisfied, and I would recommend them.

the provide checked for gas leaks. then told me that there was a bunch of work that needed to be done, that he couldn't just fix the gas leaks. he told me that it would be a job 2-3 day job that would cost about 3,000 dollars to fix everything in the plumbing under the house that wasn't done up to code. I got a second opinion, and the other plumbers told me that I would probably want to fix those things, but that there was no urgency. In the end I felt like this provider was trying to take advantage of me since I wanted my gas to be put back as soon as possible. the plumber who told me that it would be a 3 day job never mentioned that I could just get the urgent stuff fixed without having to resort to the 3 day job.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Provider was on time, explained the problem, fixed the issue, and cleaned up after.

I feel like job was well done but what little had to be done was a bit pricey!!

Showed up promptly. Clean. Didn't smell. No scary energy. Fixed the issue. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

It was great. He did a good job. The big deal price was $195. It was a special deal; it was a special installation. The whole cost was about $240. Their overall quality of work and professionalism were both very good. The service was good and they were very pleasant. The price was fine by me for what we wanted.
