I wish I could give this company a 0 star!! We purchaed a new constuctiuoin home for $2,500,000. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I had a terrible experience with Southcoast Cabinets regarding my cabinets.The installation job was absolutely awful. The cabinets were poorly aligned, had visible gaps, and looked completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the quality of the cabinets was horrendous. There were numerous defects in the cabinets, including noticeable scratches, dents, and poor craftsmanship. On top of that, there was terrible overspray on the finish, and many areas had visible fish eyes, which made the cabinets look cheap and poorly manufactured. When I reached out to address these issues, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me stuck with a product that doesn't even meet basic quality standards. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid if you want quality cabinets and a professional installation, call Greg Cooper at 951-775-7806. He is the best of the best!!

Dave and his crew were very accommodating from start to finish. Dave drew a preliminary drawing of the new TV cabinet and once the drawing was finalized, they built and installed it. While they were here, I asked if they could do various other cabinetry items on existing cabinetry and they took care of all those too. Every one of Dave's employees were easy to work with, especially Wil, the gentleman who did most of the work at our house. I would use them again.

They are punctual and well prepared. The installers are great. It was exactly what we wanted and would expect from a service provider. They were perfect in their calculations. Dave is great to work with and very understanding. We felt no pressure when working with them.

They are very good and they are on time. They do great work, nothing negative. They are a little bit expensive but they're ok it's reasonable.

I got this company’s information through my neighbor. The owner Dave is very easy to work with from the start. He is very down to earth and easy going. I asked him for references and he gave me at least 200. I called about 30 of them and all the clients told me they were very happy with his work and none of them had any complaints. And when I asked the clients what they think about his price, they all said his price was fair. I also went to four of his clients to see his works. I had estimates from 3 companies including South Coast Woodwork. One company’s estimate turned out to be almost double, the other company said they can beat his price but it would be modular cabinets instead of custom cabinets. Before I signed the contract, Dave came to my house many times to work with me on the design. Unlike other company, he did not charge me the design fee even if I decide to go with another company. Dave also helped me find a general contractor for my project. He gave me a list of contractors he worked with and told me about his experiences with them. After I signed the contract, I had to change the design completely because I found a great interior designer. Dave was ok with the change and did not change the contract amount. The installations of the cabinets were delayed about one week and half mainly due to the change of design. The cabinets turned out to be very beautiful and very detailed. All of Dave’s workers are very professional and easy to work with. I got more then what I paid for and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs custom cabinets.
