It went excellent.

WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE SHOWER & SINK DRAINED FROM THE BACK-UP WATER FROM THE WASHING MACHINE AND KITCHEN SINK. THIS HAPPENS MOST YEARS AFTER THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS (TOO MANY COOKS IN THE KITCHEN OVERLOADING DISPOSAL). WE CALLED SHAWN & TOLD HIM OF OUR PROBLEM, HE CAME OVER WITHIN 4 HRS., CLEARED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. SHAWN ADVISED US TO GET A NEW DISPOSAL & THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM. WE DID PURCHASE A NEW DISPOSAL & SHAWN INSTALLED IT 2-DAYS LATER. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THE CLEAN-OUT OR DISPOSAL INSTALL. NO PROBLEMS AFTER CHRISTMAS THIS LAST YEAR EITHER. Very good advice

I phoned him. He came at the time he had stated. He saw the leak and told me I also need a new faucet. He quoted the price for the labor. I told him to go on to his next job and come back and that I would have purchased the new faucet by then. He left and came back in about 3 hours, he supplied some pipes and completed the plumbing job to my satisfaction.

For 5 days the kitchen sink had been stopped-up and we had used ten liters of different brands of drain openers to no avail. I looked up and quot;plumbersand quot; on Angie's list. I phoned 3 of them. Of these, I left messages on 2. The one that did answer could not come for 3 days. I said and quot;no, thank you.and quot; Soon Shawn Hile returned my call. He could come in the afternoon. I agreed to that. I phoned the third plumber and told him not to bother calling me that I already found a plumber. Shawn Hile arrived within the time he had stated. He gave the estimate of the cost depending on what he might have to do to clear the kitchen sink stoppage. He also told me why the stoppage had occurred and what I should do to prevent that happening again. Luckily he was able to clear the kitchen stoppage with a thin snake within 15 minutes. He then did the needed plumbing repairs on the bathroom basin. Throughout the 1 hour, 15 minutes he was here, he was most professional and knowledgeable. He easily communicated all the steps he was taking, and what I should do to prevent plumbing problems. I am extremely pleased with his work, price, timeliness, and attitude.

It was very satisfactory. He has a reasonable price and does a good job. We have used him on several occasions and have always been happy.
