Description of Work: We have used Ransom IT for our business for years. Just recently we had an unexpected power outage in our server room. Ransom was called and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. Their response time was unbelievable. They stayed until power was restored and made sure our back up generator systems worked properly and no data was lost.
