Purely Move

I think this was once a good company but they have gone downhill. They have good reviews overall but my experience was awful. -They broke my desk and 85” TV due to irresponsible packing in their truck. -They cracked my TV screen creating a huge line going through the entire screen and the $2800 TV had to be replaced -I was patient trying to resolve this with them and there’s nothing they can do without talking to the owner, Zach. -It’s near impossible trying to get ahold of Zach, I called their number everyday for weeks and the nice sales people tell me he will call me back but I could only get ahold of him once. -The owner, Zach, refuses to take responsibility for ruining my TV and is only willing to pay 60 cents per pound, which is $60 for a $2800 TV. Wow! He said he would “work with me on the TV” but I didn’t realize that meant covering 2% of the item’s value. His word is BS!! Also he tried to blame it on the quality of the TV saying that they don’t make TVs like they used to and they are more prone to breaking. Look, they ship these TVs overseas in the same exact box that Purely movers handled. Not sure I would call that reasonable. (And yes, I saved the original box) Zach- if you’re reading this, I’m willing to talk if you’re willing to make things right. Otherwise, this is all I have to say: I regret booking my move with this company. I would have rather done the move myself. Avoid a nightmare like this if you have expensive stuff!

I do not recommend that you do your move with this PURELY MOVE company. this moving company is not serious and I can even say that it is a scam company. during my move, the movers, who I specify are not professional, have damaged and lost my furniture. at the end of the move, this company did not take the amount indicated during the reservation, I paid much more. I tried to make a complaint to this company to get reimbursed for the damage they committed. I couldn't get a refund. I had to sue them. this company is for me and with my experience, the worst moving company in the USA. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU EXPOSE YOURSELF TO BIG PROBLEMS LATER.

The entire Purely Move experience was truly first-rate in every way. From the initial contact to the end of the moving process, the staff were courteous, responsive, respectful (of us and the furnishings in our house), thorough, and totally competent. Every item was wrapped and protected from beginning to end. The movers--Rick, Jordan and Eddie--worked very hard and were very kind. They exhibited excellent training and did their job professionally and efficiently. We have no hesitancy in recommending Purely Movers and commend them all--the office staff and management included-- on an excellent job moving us.

it went well. the two guys that helped me in moving my stuff were awesome. Carlos and Rasheed .I will recommend them and use them over again. they did a very good job from the beginning till the end I was quite impressed with their service for the first time

The company was efficient, professional and accommodating. We had a tight timeline to move our things and they were able to take on our move on the same day we contacted them. We definitely recommend this company.
