Could not have asked for a better experience. Phill showed up on time and was meticulous in his work. He spent much more time on this project than he had planned (in large part because of some complications which were in no part his fault), but never cut any corners to hurriedly get the job done. His professionalism is without question. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family or friends.

Phill and Joe were great. Phill answers the phone promptly and was able to send Joe out to look into a leak we had in the shower in the master. Joe determined the leak was coming from the hallway bathroom shower head copper pipe that was improperly installed and poorly soldered. Since this required removal of the tile I requested that a new tub/shower valve and copper plumbing be replaced. This was performed with great expertise. Joe intentionally left the down spout piping a little long so the tile guy could complete his part without concerns of the copper line being too short. Several weeks later after the tub tile was reinstalled, Phill was called and he came in the early evening to make the quick adjustment. However, Phill found out that the tile guy removed the copper downspout line and replaced it with a galvanized one to "make it fit?". Phill patiently and professionally re-installed the copper line. Despite, how long Phill's day had been, he then replaced the fill valve for the master toilet, then proceeded the level and seal the toilet and clean the sink aerator/screen. Phill was very meticulous and informative. I found that I had a very positive and enjoyable experience. GREAT SERVICE! Phill's Plumbing is my Number One Plumbing Co.

Phill arrived on time, did the work very professionally, and left the gas valves and the overall work area in perfectly clean shape. He also did a thorough walk-through and tutorial on how to use the device and how to turn the water heater back on, and he fully answered all my questions. Although not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. We would definitely use Phill not just for gas leaks but for any plumbing needs.

I had a intermittent toilet flushing/overflow problem. I assumed a partial blockage in the toilet bowl drain prior to the sewer line. Joe diagnosed the problem shortly after arriving as sediment build up in the jets of the low flow toilet. He outlined the alternatives and I selected the Acid Treatment alternative. Joe removed the Toilet Tank, applied the Acid to the Toilet lower section, reinstalled the Tank, gave the acid time to do it's work, cleared the bowl of acid which checking the improved flushing process and checked all fitting to insure leak free reinstallation of the Tank. Work was done in a timely and professional manner and the area was cleaned prior to Joe leaving the job.

We will go w/ Phill's Plumbing from now on. They were knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. The plumber showed up on time and did the job quickly and yet thoroughly. Like a good doctor, the plumber, Joe, listened well to my description of the problem, but he did his own assessment as well. My hypothesis of the problem was wrong; Joe's was right. It took a detailed, trained eye to detect such an off-the-wall problem. The easy part was that we had a clog, but he was able to detect why water was leaking from the walls and under our hardwood floor. What we thought would be an expensive slab-leak fix turned out to be something much simpler. The cleanout drain on the outside of the kitchen wall and a cap that would no longer fit right since the clean-out was rusty. Joe detected that when the drain clogged, the water went out the clean-out through this faulty cap; then he found a small crack in our drywall where all the water was re-entering into our walls and floor. After snaking the drain pipe and rebuilding the cleanout so that a cap would fit, Joe double-checked all the drains in the kitchen, and even ran the clothes washer, to make sure the problem was solved.

Phill is the real deal! I tried calling other "24 hour / emergency service" providers and they didn't answer their phones, leave a message and maybe they'd get back to you?. Not only does Phill answer his phone, he was able to fit us into his schedule that day and arrived at the time he estimated. He gave look at a few photos we sent over the phone and was able to give us options to get the job done and we had a real cost savings. He gave us a Angie's List discount which is always appreciated. When we having plumbing needs again he will be the first and only call we will make. Thanks Phill!

Phil and Co. are terrific! Showed up 15 minutes after I called, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. He fit me into his already scheduled workday. My problem was fixed and not for a penny over what I was quoted! I will keep him in my contacts and use him for my plumbing needs. I would recommend to others as well. Our main drain was backed up. Not only did we have company for the holiday but it was on a weekend/night! I called Phil in a panic and he was actually at a private/family meeting. He still took my call and said he would come out when he was finished. He did as he promised and was working in the dark until 8pm. I can't say enough about Phil or his company. So kind and professional. We will ONLY use Phil's Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Phil answered the phone on the first call and was able to be at my house within the hour. He got the water heater working again and did some preventative maintenance. He was very professional and courteous.

The toilet is kind of large for a small bathroom. The service was ok.

We called Phil because our kitchen faucet was leaking. We called around 4PM, and his was the third plumbing company we called. Neither of the first 2 companies we had called a few hours earlier had returned our call. Phil actually answered the phone, said he was in the middle of a job, but could probably get tour home around 7 or 8. Well, he actually called and then came around 9PM, figured out the problem. Even though he came so late, no after hours charge. We couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service he provided.

Had a gas leak on my water heater. Called Phill late afternoon and he came out first thing the next morning and performed the work quickly, professionally and for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call Phill next time I need plumbing work done around my house.

I called Phill's Plumbing after looking on Angie's list as I needed a local plumber who could come out same day to fix a pipe to the toilet and finish a toilet install. We had installed the base of the toilet but ran into trouble trying to remove a push fit hose that was attached to the copper pipe in the wall. Realized we needed to call in a professional to fix the pipe and finish the toilet install. I knew it was going to be a quick fix for a plumber and did expect to pay a little more for same day service. The gentlemen that came to the house was very professional and recommend the pipe be replaced since it was bent. I agreed to let him break through a few of the tiles on the wall so he could attach a new copper pipe to the pipe in the wall. After that he completed the install of the top part of the toilet. He spent about ONE hour total at my house. I was then shocked when he came to me with an approx. $500 invoice (after the 5% Angies list discount). Really? $500 for a ONE hour job? Highway Robbery! It was $200 for emergeny service, $100 for the toilet install, and another $200 for fixing the pipe in the wall. I paid it with great remorse. I don't blame the technician as I know he was just following company prices. Needless to say, I won't use this company again just because of the price. The work was done fine, but definately not worth $500/hour. I normally don't write reviews but wanted to warn others not to use the same day service.

Phil is friendly, dedicated, knowledgable, and meticulous. Because of his professionalism, it would be impossible for him to do shoddy work. His prices are reasonable rather than exorbitant. I definitely would use his services for any additional plumbing needs.

Phill was very easy to get a hold of and he was quick to respond to any of my questions. He was not able to come out personally, but he was able to send his employee Horacio over for additional questions I had in regards to the water heater itself and the installation. Horacio was great to deal with and was very knowledgable. As I continued to talk with him, I knew this is the company I wanted to do business with for this job and any future plumbing needs. Since my current water heater was still working, I set up an appointment for the following week. Horacio came on time as scheduled and I was given a courtesy text from Phill letting me know that he would be there as promised. Horacio was a professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He didn't mind me watching him work and asking questions as he went along. All in all, the installation went without a problem and was pretty much done in 2 hours. The A.O. Smith was recommended and comes with a 6 yr manufacturers warranty. If I should have any problems in the future, I have no doubt that Phill and Horacio would be quick to address it and fix it.

Phill was the ultimate professional. I called him today (a Sunday) with an emergency problem with my shower. He was at my house within 35 minutes. He was thorough, careful about not tracking dirt into the house, and he worked quickly and skillfully. He was very easy to work with, personable, and polite. When he was outdoors turning off the water, he noticed and informed me about a structural problem that will need to be repaired in the near future. I am very grateful he noticed and informed me about this problem as I had not seen it and it could have resulted in a very dangerous situation if not repaired soon. Without question I will recommend him to friends and neighbors. I am deeply appreciative of his work and his professionalism!

I found Phill on Angie's list. Good recommendations. He arrived promptly at agreed times, gave very fair estimates and stuck with them. i Did the work in a very professional manner. Very clean removal of portions of ceiling for access and cleanup. Carefully arrived at the most efficient location and direction for the line installation. Overcame the significant challenge of installing the sink fixtures in a very tight setting. Looked like it was going to be a real mess to me, but Phill persisted beyond regular working hours. No complaints. Even tempered throughout. Who could ask for more? Phill is our guy from now on, believe you me. "Mr. Phill" to us.

Phill immediately answered the phone on the first call, sent his technician Horatio over same day to inspect our broken and leaking water heater, gave us an immediate estimate, and within hours (same day) replaced the water heater. Two technicians (Horatio and Phill's son) did the work on a Friday afternoon (same day as my original call), and Phill stopped by late Friday afternoon to inspect the work. Five year warranty on the 50-gallon A.O. Smith water heater with a 6 year manufacturer's warranty. Price was all-in price for old water heater removal from third level attic, installation, new water heater, parts. Phill honored advertised 5% Angie's List discount without any hesitation.

Phill picked up the phone on the first call, worked me into his schedule the same day, was punctual and professional, did a great job with the work, charged me a fair price, and was pleasant to talk to.

Phill came same day that I contacted him and completed the install of the control valve. He took the detail of the hot water heater so he could order the proper anode rod. His plumbing tech Horacio came the following day to clean out the water heater and install the new rod. Job was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up properly.

What I like most about every company, they know their business, they do it, they charge a fair price, they clean up their mess and they're gone. That's it. He kind of snap the smell good plumber correct. I would use this provider again in the future.

Phillip has been a class act. He was one of the few contractors who showed up on time for his scheduled appointment. He also put in a bid that was very cost competitive. The quality of the work was neat and effective, and he left the job site looking clean. He showed up on a Saturday and got the job done quickly. Phillip is now my go-to man for gas leak repair. I recommend his services highly.

When I called Phill to schedule a shower drain snaking he gave me no indication of the price. From previous experience this service has run between $65 and $120. Phill's technician arrived ahead of schedule. He brought up his equipment and snaked the drain. He then got out Phill's flat-rate schedule and said the charge was $292. I said that was awfully expensive. Horacio showed me the quote in the book. He had spent between 30 and 35 minutes at my house. So that works out to $600 an hour. I called Phill that afternoon and told him I thought the charge was exorbitant. He asked if Horacio had quoted me the price beforehand. I told him no. Phill was at a job at the time and said he would get back to me. He has not. Phill and his plumbers are professional and thorough. I would never use him again because of the outrageous price and the fact that he didn't get back to me on the matter. I cannot conceive of when $300 would be a fair price to clean one drain in a house. I have had an entire 2-story house snaked for around $200. An update: after several days Phill came by my house with the check. He apologized and charged me a lower price.
