Description of Work: Pipe leak that required all water in house to be cut off. Phil was prompt, attentive and completely professional. It was an emergency call on a Sunday and he was excellent.

Description of Work: Ran and new gas line to my fire pit and replaced the burner in it. Swapped out a PVC gas line (former owners home job probably) that ran around the heating unit to my pool/jaquzzi to galvanized pipe.

Description of Work: They arrived, assessed the situation of a clogged line and said that to fix it would require installation of a clean-out at a price of over nearly $600. I refused but they demanded that I pay the minimum service call anyway. I had another service come who found the existing clean-out and did an excellent job for under $200.

Description of Work: They determined that the leak into my neighbors garage was caused by my toilet. I had them install a new toilet that I purchashed. He didn't check if it would fit before he installed it and when it came to putting the tank on it didn't fit. He suggested I buy another tank. He charged me for installing half a toilet. Last week I called out another plumber because it's still leaking & the toilet isn't usable. He determined the leak was coming from the shower and repaired it. No leaks since. I would no recommend this plumber to anyone EVER.

Description of Work: I woke up to a broken water pipe and no water. City had turned off the water at the main. They got there later that day, fixed the break, and I had water that night. They did a great job and would recommend them as well as use them again.

Description of Work: I called Phill late on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate on bathroom shower repair. He stopped by that evening, on time, took a look at the problem area and simply recommended that I do some simple fixes myself. I appreciated his honesty and expert advice. He showed he is a man of integrity and honesty. He'll be my first call the next time I truly need services.

Description of Work: The plumber that Phill sent out was prompt, called ahead and looked at all of the 6 small things that I needed done. He seemed knowledgeable and explained each item and what he would do to fix it etc. All was fine. Then he said that he needed to go through his pricing notebook and price everything out and give me an estimate. He sat at my family room table for 1 hour and 15 minutes, looking through the notebook and pricing. Finally he said he was done and the bill would be $1,497.00. I thought he was kidding. I had nothing new just, small repairs i.e.; one line item was to put a new handle and flapper valve on a toilet ---$247,00, I thought that was totally |overpriced. Anyway I paid the service call and he left. My husband called the office the next day and Phill said he had not seen the estimate but he would look at it and call us back but he never did. The man that came had not been employed by this shop for too long, but he seemed like he would be fine, but did not understand the very complicated pricing system and should not have been sent alone or at least without training on the system. |

Description of Work: Phil fixed a leak in our shower head and gave us a very good price. At one point after the work was done there was an issue but he came right back and solved the problem. Throughout, Phil took a lot of time diagnosing the problem and really cared to do an excellent job. He also installed a heat pump for our water heater and we were extremely pleased. Phil is professional and very knowledgable and we highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Phill came back a second time as the sewer pipe backed up again due to roots. He cleared it again and videoed the problem and gave an estimate for pipe replacement.

Description of Work: I spoke with Phill about the opportunity to help us with a gas line relocation in our backyard. We discussed schedule and our expedited need to get something done quick conflicted with his current workload. However, he spent another 20 minutes with me on the phone talking about our project and helped me understand some of the key elements to the project so I could ask the right questions to the next plumber we find. Really appreciated the extra effort and can only imagine he would do the same on an actual job.
