Daniel was amazing! After seeing it was a fridge in need of repair, he kind of dropped everything and came since he knew we were trying to avoid food spoilage. We have an older fridge and thankfully Daniel was extremely thorough and checked every possibility for what was wrong. He found the problem and ordered the part for us. In the meantime, he was able to rig the fridge to keep it cold enough to keep our groceries safe. Once the part arrived he had us back up and running quickly, hopefully giving us a bit more life in this one before having to invest in a new fridge. Highly recommended - A+

Last year our oven would not heat. We had tried different appliance repair firms in the past, but we weren't overly enthusiastic about any of them. I decided to try a local company here in Huntington Beach, Pacific Coast Services. The owner, Daniel Carr made a good impression over the phone and we hired him. He arrived on time and not only did he replace the worn out igniter, he also performed a temperature accuracy check on the oven. Recently, a small plastic tab broke off which allowed us to set the oven temperature. Without hesitation we called Pacific Coast Services. Daniel personally looked for hours on-line to find a used replacement part. Although he was unable to find the used part he wanted, he nevertheless came up with an ingenious solution to fix the problem at a tiny fraction of the cost. He really took it to heart when I told him I didn't want to spend a lot of money on an old oven, if the repair was too expensive I would just purchase a new oven. I highly recommend Daniel Carr and Pacific Coast Services, it is rare to find a repairman who tries to find the best inexpensive solution.

Loved the service guy, that is why rating was not an F- worker did not know what was wrong with appliance- thought it could be mouse biting wires or circuit board. I had to pay well over $300 to have a circuit board put in that he could not return.I had another company come out- he said it is an easy fix - Samsung’s are known to have a valve stick. What a nightmare! My $200 job became over $650! With COVID... I know things have gone up, but to make a customer pay for a guess is not moral.

Excellent service! He was prompt, polite, & quickly fixed it. He explained things & stayed through cycles, making sure it was OK! His charge was lower than we thought! So pleased!

Daniel was wonderful. He completed the repair quickly and even adjusted a few extra things he noticed to prevent problems in the future. Dan was fantastic. Our thermador fridge/freezer compressor failed days before Thanksgiving and all of our holiday food was about to go bad, but Dan was able to come within an hour of our call and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. Would absolutely recommend giving Dan a call for all your appliance and electrical needs.
