Daniel is great at his job. He went through the possibilities and discovered that the $500 motor didn’t need to be replaced as indicated by the error code on the display board. It was the $200 rpm monitor that was faulty. I called 2 other repair services and they both told me it’d be at least $450-$500 for the repairs. Glad I called PCS and Daniel for his expertise.

He went right to the problem fixed and repaired very fast price was very reasonable.

Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely helpful human being. He was patient and gracious when I called him 11 PM on a Sunday night when I could not get a hold of any one else. He was willing to come over at the unearthly hour. In the end he walked me through some steps that got the refrigerator working that night. He came over the next morning and finished the job. I feel confident the job was done right for a reasonable price. Daniel is ethical in his conduct and has a desire to do a good job. Very highly recommended.

Daniel called twice before he came letting us know his schedule. He came in the evening while both my husband and I were home. He worked quickly and fixed the problem and helped my husband with questions about our other appliances. We will definitely call him again if we have other appliance problems.

Daniel did a great job. He came up first to measure the existing cooktop and help me to order the right size. When the new cooktop finally arrived, he removed the broken cooktop and install the new one beautifully. He was also able to fix a stubborn button on our dishwasher

Wonderful Pacific Coast Services and their tech was amazing. He was so knowledgeable. Immediately responsive, came the next day and informed me of everything he would need to bring and my costs. Very professional. Highly recommend. They installed my old washer and dryer into a new type of piping and I purchased all new hoses.

This is a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who immediately identified the problem and sought the least costly method of repair. With my tight time constraint, he was able to expedite the part shipment for the next day and installed it on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend Pacific Coast Services for any appliance repair.
