I seriously can't say enough about Daniel's Pacific Coast Services repair service. I found him on Angi in an emergency situation early in the morning and he was fixing my washer within hours. I needed to call him out for another issue, and again, he was prompt in communicating and very punctual. The current issue took much longer than expected, but the whole time he still had a smile on face. I can't say enough good about him!!!

The repair was completed satisfactorily however I am disappointed that unlike all other contractors, the repair people did not remove their shoes or ask whether I minded if they remained on. I am unhappy that when I spoke to the representative on the phone before agreeing to the servicing of my washer I was told that the diagnostic charge would be $85. Unfortunately I only realized that I was charged $125 after the repair people left my home. That is a huge difference. I believed that I am due $40. My wife wanted me to say that we would hire again. I disagree.

The boys scheduled me quickly, were on time, courteous, smart, professional and very kind. They had parts with them ready to install and gave me an excellent price. I am keeping their number on my garage fridge for all appliance repairs going forward!! Thanks PCS!!😜👍

I don’t know if there are any words to describe the experience I had with Pacific Coast Services that will complement them enough. I will try my best. Professional. Polite. Arrived when they said they would. Listened to my explanation. Respected me and my house. Explained in detail what they were doing and why. Pulled the fridge out and verbally spoke to each other in making sure not to scuff our vinyl floor. Took every precaution to avoid any accident. What a detail to safety and cleanliness. They fixed the problem which saved me from having to replace the fridge. I refer Pacific Coast Services to anyone that is having an appliance issue.
