Throughly evaluated repairs needed. Gave a quote to replace all needed parts and labor. I appreciated the time it took for Daniel to call and get quotes for the parts. Due to the age of washer I will replace rather than have repaired. I would definitely use PCS again.

Great. Daniel diagnosed and repaired my problem quickly at a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable about all things appliances, not on the down draft vent problem I had. Would hire again in a second.

Daniel showed up as scheduled the day after I contacted him. He thoroughly checked the refrigerator diagnosed the problem and explained my options. Since other than a worn seal, the refrigerator was in good shape we agreed on the repair and he ordered the needed part saying I could expect it in 3-5 business days. Three business days later he called saying the part was in and he could install right away. Daniel was prompt, addressed the problem and all work performed were neatly. All costs were disclosed and explained. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend him.

Daniel Carr arrived with a replacement garbage disposal unit on a Saturday afternoon, as promised. He performed the work efficiently and carefully checked for leaks and proper operation. I highly recommend him based on the quality of work performed and his professionalism. He also charged approximately 10% less than another service provider offer.

Daniel is the best. He was able to repair my 14+ year old cooktop and dish washer with the parts he came with. Unlike other handyman who just told me I need to buy new ones. Unbeatable price for his outstanding services. Would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

We are so impressed by and grateful for PCS!! Dan came out on a Sunday night to fix our very warm fridge. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He did a great job and saved our food!!

Daniel was awesome! 👍🏼 After being referred to PCS he offered to come over same day and not only fixed/cleaned my Oven, Ice Maker, and Dryer - but in the process pointed out previous repair ‘cheats’ & actually adjusted settings on appliances rather than having to buy parts & pay further labor charges! He was more than fair with his fees and even recommended some other ideas for water pressure issues. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personality too! You will not be disappointed!!! 😎

Daniel was excellent in diagnosing the problem with our relatively new dishwasher and he fixed the problem. He kept a clean workspace and his prices were very fair for the quality of repair performed. I would definitely use him again and refer him to all my family and friends.

By far, hiring Daniel and his team at PCS has been the best investment I’ve made in my home. I am currently renting out my loft and Daniel makes sure everything is in top working condition for my tenants. He is always responsive, friendly, communicative, and observant - and his pricing is extremely fair for the value I receive. I have had some curious issues with my Electrolux washer and dryer (the display panel was reversed and illegible). My Kitchen Aid range flooded with a huge spill and it shorted out the oven. My Kitchen Aid freezer’s ice maker was making one enormous cube. And, my Whirlpool dishwasher just plain wasn’t cutting it. In every instance Daniel correctly identified and repaired the problem(s) without extra labor or parts costs for failed repair attempts. And the dishwasher? Daniel replaced it with a much nicer unit that he refurbished himself and now my tenants plates and glasses sparkle with joy. I have already recommended him to other owners and tenants in our loft community and would continue to recommend him to anyone who is in need.

I would highly recommend Daniel Carr as an appliance technician specialist. He has worked on most of our appliances including our Subzero refrigerator, 25 year old microwave/stove, cooktop, dishwasher, washer and dryer. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and diligent regarding servicing appliances. He also was able to successfully remove some stubborn stains from my stainless steel fridge. I always appreciate his attention to detail, keeping his working area tidy and clean and strong communication skills. He takes great pride in his work and is always eager to give tips on how to maintain appliances in their best working condition.
