They were quick, efficient, on time and reasonably priced. Dan was able to schedule a repair for the next day. He even called me when he had a cancellation in the morning and was able to arrive several hours earlier than the initial appointment time. My refrigerator had stopped getting cold and my freezer was forming ice crystals and remaining too cold. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The frig door was misaligned and letting air in because it was not sealing shut. He removed the door and replaced the hinge, which allowed the door to close completely again. Since the freezer had been getting too cold and all the air vents between the freezer and frig were full of ice, he had to defrost all of that to get everything working again. Entire repair only took a couple hours, he had all the parts with him, so there was no addition appointments required. The price for the work was reasonable, so we were very pleased with the work. We will definitely contact Pacific Coast Services for any problems with our appliances in the future.

The gentleman from PCS was able to solve the issue and the dryer is now once again operating very well. The service we received was professional as well as successful and the gentleman was very polite and able to observe all proper virus-related protocols. Our sincere thanks.

Fingers-crossed he may have resurrected my fridge from the dead. No replacement parts available for my LG fridge, but he kept trying things and it may be ok! Anybody else would have thrown up their hands and said buy a new one. He spent an hour and a half on this and charged a more than fair price. Very kind and respectful.

When I called and explained the error code to Daniel he asked several important questions regarding when and how the oven stopped working. Daniel was the only repair service that explained the different options that would possibly cause this problem. By describing the possible causes for the problem gave me the confidence I needed to hire him to repair the stove. Daniel repaired the stove in a timely and professional manner. He arrived on time and wore a mask and gloves to protect him and us. I recommend his work and will hire him again.

The job went extremely well. Superior service provider made difficult repair to an in-wall espresso/coffee maker. Repair professional encountered unforseen problems that doubled the work, but not the cost of the perfectly completed work. Meticulous, clean, respectful and friendly.

Emergency repair was needed due to the refrigerator not cooling and the freezer ice melting. PCS was very responsive to our outreach for service. Upon completion of the diagnostic, it was determined that the part needed for the repair was no longer manufactured by the OEM. Luckily, PCS had a refurbished part in its shop. The part was retrieved from the shop and the technician returned to complete the work in a very timely manner. The interaction and work were all conducted within an approximate 3-hour window. We greatly appreciated the level of responsiveness and the timely repair. Our refrigerator is back to its normal cooling and freezing levels. Great all around job - highly recommend.

Daniel is an extremely capable repairman. He is friendly, wore masks and gloves, came extremely well-equipped and was a joy to be in the presence of. His rates and his competence to accomplish the job in good order can't be beat. You can't go wrong with PCS!

the job was completed as soon as the appliance arrived. Thehole that the appliance drops into had to be enlarged and Daniel was able to do that

Daniel checked everything with the microwave, including the fuse, and then reset the main board, and the unit recovered.

The control panel had become lose and Daniel discovered the panel bracket had broken off. He placed an order for a new panel and replaced the old one when it came in a week later. He was a great guy who was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommended Pacific Coast Services for your repair needs.

Daniel was very professional and detected what was wrong with my ice maker. He ordered a new one, just in case I needed it, but I did not. He instructed me how to correctly defrost and kept in contact in case I had further questions. Very efficient job!
