Description of Work: A neighbor's car backed into our curbside twin mailboxes and knocked it over, breaking the 4x4 wood post that was inside of the metal post. When it broke and fell over, the steel mailboxes were unharmed but part of the wooden plank remained protruding from the concrete. It took him about 3 hours.

Description of Work: Install 153 Mailboxes and 73 Posts in a community with a HOA.

Description of Work: Orange County Mailboxes installed 2 mailboxes for my neighbor and myself. They are powder coated white. I noticed that after many months, the powder coating was peeling off the arm of my neighbor's box. I contacted Mr. Schade who asked that I send him pictures of the problem. I did and he responded by saying he would order a new arm. He arrived today as scheduled and brought 2 arms. He checked my arm and said there was a chip in it and if water gets into the chip opening, it will cause the powder coating to peel off. So he replaced both arms and charged us nothing. This is a great company!

Description of Work: I live in an HOA and I share a mailbox post with a neighbor. The traditional post was wood and needed frequent repair and repainting. Neighbor hooligans broke off my red flag and left holes in my box so rain would wet up my mail. We had thievery from mailboxes in our development and we began looking for an approved change for locked boxes in June 2009. Our HOA was very difficult to work with, but Ed Schade was a doll. He emailed me frequently and finally the HOA changed and we were able to only get an Oasis Jr. white with a white pole. We wanted our numbers on the boxes and he emailed me back and forth. He was always available to us.
