Description of Work: Ed was on time and highly professional. He did not perform the work because his water proofing solution was not the right one for our patio. However, I can recommend him for his great advice, punctuality, and knowledge.

Description of Work: PREPARATION |1. Remove the existing decking system to substrate & inspect subfloor |2. Remove debris & broom sweep clean entire deck |3. Remove and replace deteriorated plywood at entire deck area |4. Furnish & apply wood preservative copper oxide where necessary |5. Furnish & install paintable sheet metal combination cove and stucco screed flashing at walls adjacent to deck area, approx. 22 ln. ft. |6. Description of Work: We recently bought a home with two separate roof decks that the sellers represented as being recently rebuilt. As soon as it rained, it became clear that the decks were the victim of faulty workmanship and needed extensive repairs. We contacted three highly rated Angie's list deck contractors. Ed and Sharon responded immediately and provided a detailed quote at a very competitive price. And it was clear that they were true experts on decks. Their team of talented workmen did a terrific job rebuilding our decks, which required significant re-enforcement and rebuilding of the framing due to water damage and wood rot that was uncovered only after the surface coating was removed. Their pricing was fair, they met their timelines and communicated any issues or changes in a timely and clear manner. In addition, their documentation of the work helped us to recover our costs from the sellers. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
