+ -1 moreCame out after first call to see just what the issue was. Looked at it, explained the problem we had, and gave us the price of $399 for parts and labor. We accepted and he said he would return when the parts were in. Called a day or two later and parts had arrived. Made appt. and he showed up on time, completed work and charged us the $399 as originally estimated. Professional at all times, on time, completed work in estimated time, and kept to the original agreement - not much more to ask of a repairman. A good experience.
Description of Work: Replaced the worn out garage door opener and corrected the rail installation which had been installed improperly (not in a straight line) from the opener to the door. That had put a real strain on the old opener which was in the garage when we purchased the home in 1995.
