They did an excellent job. They had a huge machine to clean the upstairs and downstairs. They also cleaned the drier vent and outside grill. They gave me a quote over the phone itself and were very responsive. They never tried to upsell any unwanted things. He also wrote things I may need, and advised I can pick it up from Home Depot. I liked their professionalism and the prices for the amount of work done. I was very impressed and will continue to use their services in future.

He was very efficient and fast. It took just about an hour. I would use him again.

Called Martin to schedule something during the week, but we both had immediate availability. He was over at my place at the agreed time, and on a Sunday. He was diligent and thorough and left the work area spotless. He was professional and cordial and I'd recommend him to anyone needing some duct work.

I was both surprised and impressed that the representative was at my home right on-time! They service both San Diego & O. County, so in my mind it was a given that they would likely run late, but no! The visit was both professional & instructional as Mr. Martin explained all about my fireplace, the issues of wear & tear, and the items that need regular maintenance. He was also extremely neat, which was no small task considering I had never had my fireplace cleaned before. I learned so much during the visit that I will never let my fireplace become such a hazard again. I highly recommend this company & will definitely be using these services as often as possible. They also clean air ducting, which everyone needs, guaranteed. After the numerous fires in Southern California, no one should pass up this great value!
