 + -1 moreWe had a slab leak in our kitchen. The job was perplexing to me. Mark came in and explained what had happened and fixed the leak with a few hours. He was very professional. He did the job well. He left the area clean. I would hire him again, and again.
Description of Work: We had a slab leak in our kitchen. Mark is so professional. He was on time. He cleaned up after he completed the job. The work was excellent, and I have not had any problems again. I refer him to all who ask. I would hire him before all others.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreMark called to see if I got the hot water heater fixed as he referred someone else because he couldn't get to it that day. They didn't show up so when he called me back he told me he would be out the next day,and he was. He replaced the water heater and ran a new water line and put a new shut off valve in for us.

 + -1 moreMark was on time and began work after inspecting the area. He charged by the hour (exactly as he had quoted). The job took about two hours to finish and he cleaned up afterward. He was serious about his work, but also had a great sense of humor, was very nice (he also kinda looked like Chris Isaac, an added bonus)!!
Description of Work: Mark installed a water purifier under our kitchen sink, and uninstalled an old water purifier. He also installed a faucet on the same sink. Another company had come out and thought the water filter too complicated to install.

 + -1 moreMARK WAS CORRECT. WE NEED TO REPLACE THE UNIT. REPAIR ONLY LASTED 6 MONTHS. MARK IS VERY KIND, AND TRIED TO GIVE ADVICE TO HELP SAVE THE HOMEOWNER MONEY.
Description of Work: MARK REPLACED A THERMOSTAT ON OUR WATER HEATER. HE PURCHASED THE PART. IT WAS MARK'S RECOMMENDATION THAT WE REPLACE THE WATER HEATER, BUT WE DECIDED TO REPAIR.
