Mark Cadellero Pool & Spa

He is a wonderful designer. He did not build our pool, but he is a pool builder now. It did not go quite according to his plans. He did an exceptional design. He has a pool maintenance company and he has a pool design & building company. I pay $100 a month, once a week unless something goes off due to the weather. He doesn't charge anything for the standard service. He is very knowledgeable. If something goes wrong and there is a problem where it starts changing colors then he takes care of it. He returns call when I have an issue. He is not punctual. I have used him before and will use him.

Never came.

He comes out every Thursday for maintenance. It's an ongoing job. He does a wonderful job. He did not build, but designed our saltwater pool. He is wonderful as a designer and a maintenance person. He's just there every time there is an unusual problem. He follows up quickly. It's nice not to have to think about maintenance all the time. The pool looks gorgeous. He also does service outside of pool maintenance. We had a piece of equipment that was under warranty go off. He called the warranty people and took care of it. It was done at no charge to us at all. I wouldn't even consider changing from his service.
