Description of Work: Michael Madrid did an excellent job moving several electrical circuits that ran through conduit and then placing them inside the ceiling to hide the wiring. He also installed a circuit for new lighting in my garage.

Description of Work: Michael removed a ceiling fan and replaced it with a new ceiling fixture, installed a dimmer switch for the new fixture and removed an outlet that was no longer needed.

His fees are reasonable, he arrived early (rare for some contractors), and did the work very efficiently. He knows what he's doing. I will definitely keep his number handy and I highly recommend him to others.

Description of Work: We have used Michael Madrid's services on several occasions - most recently he replaced several lighting fixtures and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan. In the past we've had him add outlets, install undercounter lighting, add an additional circuit, and more.
