 + 0 moreCade arrived on time and went right to work. He was thorough, explained what he found and did to correct the problem and was on his way. Altogether a very good experience.
Description of Work: Following a sprinkler leak repair by the fellows who usually cut our lawn, we noticed that there was a lot of water pooling around some newly planted trees along one side of the yard. Thinking we had another leak, we opted for someone who specializes in sprinkler/ lawn irrigation and we called Cade at Landworkshop. He came the next day. After he did a thorough inspection, he found only that the timers weren't set correctly (one was running for several hours) and he adjusted them. Since it was so simple a fix he did not charge us for his work, saying that he had another appointment in the area anyway. Now when does that ever happen??? Cade is an obviously knowledgable landscape designer and professional who we will certainly call upon when we need help for other problems sure to pop up, both small and large. We recommend him highly.

 + 1 moreThe service level was excellent. Cade listens well and takes your main concerns, whether it be money or quality, and creates a plan that covers those needs. He brings a professional team to the work site and delivers his services on time and within budget. He follows up with paperwork and will follow up on the quality of his work to ensure your satisfaction. He is a young guy, but has obviously learned to put customer service and satisfaction first in order to properly build a great business.
Description of Work: Land workshop did the following - Uprooted several small trees and bushes - Used RoundUp to kill the existing grass, weeds and growth - Extracted the dead debris from our backyard - Installed a new irrigation system for the entire backyard (3,500 sq feet) and planter areas - Laid pavers along side a patio - Leveled the ground with new dirt - Laid new sod - Serviced the sod and sprinkler system for the next 2-3 weeks to ensure proper growth - Removed all debris from the property

 + -1 moreI noticed one of my planters was looking too wet after the sprinklers were on during the night. I called Cade at LandWorkshop Inc. to come fix it. He came out a couple days later (April 6, 2011) and replaced the cracked sprinkler heads. He also adjusted a few sprinkler nozzles so they sprayed correctly. The first time I called Cade was in July 2010. He did a lot more sprinkler repair work for me then ($500 worth), including replacing cracked pipes, and replacing 5 leaking Hardie valves with Rainbird valves. I can't say enough good things about Cade. He's quick at his job, a truly nice guy, and his prices are less than I expect. After he worked at my house last July, my neighbors used him to install new irrigation for their new landscaping.
Description of Work: Landscape sprinkler heads were cracked and flooding the planters.
