Description of Work: My daughters purse was stolen and I needed to get our exterior doors rekeyed ASAP. Needed three exterior locks rekeyed. Received a local recommendation from Nextdoor as well as looked at reviews here.

+ -1 moreThe deadbolt mechanism within the lock assembly malfunctioned (froze in the locked position) such that we could not open our door from the house to the garage. We tried for a couple hours to remove the assembly with no success. This was an extremely inconvenient situation for us. We found Ken's Locksmithery on Angies List and selected them based on their high ratings and positive reviews. Despite the number of jobs already in the queue before us, Ken's Locksmithery made every effort to have a technician come to our house the next day (Friday.) They removed the entire lock assembly quicky and without damaging the door! We installed a replacement lock assembly ourselves. We really appreciated this outstanding level of service and would use this provider again and highly recommend them to others!

They were able to send someone out in about an hour to drill out the old lock, replace with a new lock, and provided 2 keys. John was my technician and he was very friendly and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

I called Ken's and I got an appointment the same day, within an hour of calling. They fixed it properly and it has worked well since. Good, friendly and accurate service. Would use them again for any problems in this area.
