Joe Epling

Joe came over. Scoped the job. Gave us a quote. Proceeded to do the work. He actually went beyond the scope of the quote and did not charge us. Joe is professional and fair.

I haven't used them yet. My neighbor actually used them first. They just came to the house and look the bathroom over and a couple of days he e-mailed me the quote, it's very good. He was very good on the quote and polite. My neighbors, he built 3 bathrooms in their house and it was very good.

Everything went smoothly. There was some confusion of add on's that weren't communicated clearly (it was equally my fault for the oversight as well) and we went over budget. However, Joe was very honest and understanding...he took responsibility for the miscommunication and we came to a more than fair compromise. You can trust Joe to do excellent work at a fair price for any size project. I must stress that Joe and his crew are exceptionally clean and neat, which takes a lot of the stress from living in a house under construction.

Joe Epling is responsible and a good person to rely on. He is a kind of person who persists till he finds out what the problem is and would fix it. He is also priced reasonably. I have had people who have given me prices that are a lot higher than Joe’s. He is always present on the job to supervise it. He doesn’t turn the job over to people who don’t speak English and come back when he needs a check. He supervises the work right on the site. The problem that I have had with all other contractors is a lack of on-the-job supervision. Joe Epling is a small contractor who knows what he is doing. The quality of his work is excellent, and I continue to use him.
