I started out with the intent to buy a condo or townhome for my first home purchase. After showing me several properties in the area that I was interested in, Jo an assessed that the floorplans that were the most appealing to me were simliar to SFR and for the investment advised me to consider it as an alternative option. I was looking just as the housing market was tanking and foreclosures were more apparent. With some resistance (understandably) Jo an helped me secure a house that was foreclosed on in my parents neighborhood (I've lived in this neighborhood for about 30 years and never would have dreamed to be able to afford being there at this point in my life). She walked me through, advised and guided me through the entire process. Even when a better offer came through and we lost the bid ... she continued to help me keep an eye on the property. I ended up getting the house eventually and even after her job was completed ... she has still gone out of her way to continue to advise me on how to handle the remodeling and upkeep. In my neighborhood/parents' there are several real estate agents who work the territory and live inside but her presence and experience stands out the most which is why I seeked her out for her help. Though I was a buyer in this market ... I would highly recommend her for selling of a home ... the reason why she stands out in my mind as a realtor to go to ... is because of her experienced coverage in Huntington Beach & Fountain Valley that i have witnessed through my childhood and early adult life.
