Jim has handled our personal and business IT needs for 10 years or more. There has NEVER been a problem he couldn't solve. You don't have to live locally to use him. He does everything remotely, and his prices are fair. He's an excellent technician and an honest and honorable man. I highly recommend Jim for your computer needs!

They charge $100 for a 20 minute work. He should cut his price in half. He didn't ask me if there is anything else he needs to fix on my computer. He didn't gave me a receipt.
